Kevin YU

Born in Ilang, Taiwan. He graduated from Department of Western art of National Art University. In 1986, he was awarded the first runner-up of sketch in the exhibition of Ecole de Beaux-Arts. In 1989, he held individual exhibition in AIA-ESEC in Paris. He has been considered a young artist full of potential since he went to France in 1981. His styles are complex and versatile, often using a descriptive language that employs geometric figures and primary colors so as to create a meditative atmosphere.
