LIAO Shiou-ping

After graduating from Taiwan's National Normal University in 1959, Liao went to study at a number of art schools including the Tokyo University of Education l'Ecole Nationale Superieure des Beaux-Arts and Atelier 17 in Paris, and the Pratt Graphic design helps him to create striking compositions which has won him awards at shows in Tokyo, Seoul, Paris Vienna and New York.
