CHANG Ping-tang

Born in Tainan, Taiwan. Chang graduated from Provincial Tainan Commercial Vocational High School in 1954. At age of 14, he was included in the fifth Governor-General Exhibition. As one of members of Tainan Art Research Association, he was awarded the Tainan City Achievement Prize in 1980. He also won awards at Taiwan Provincial Exhibition and Taiyang Fine Arts Exhibition. He ever served as trustees of National Oil Painting Association, Taiyang Fine Arts Association and Tainan Art Research Association.
