ZHANG Dali
Chinese 1963
Born in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province. he graduated from the China Central Arts & Crafts Institute in 1987. From 1987 to 1989, he lived and worked as all professional artist in the artists community in Yuan Ming Yuan Royal Garden. In the July of 1989, he moved to Bologna, Italy. He was back to Beijing in 1995, and set up his art studio. He held solo exhibition in CAFA Gallery (1989, Beijing), La Rupe Gallery (1990, Italy), Rocca Municipale Gallery (1991, Italy), Galleria d'arte dei Tribunali (1992, Italy), Studio5 Gallery (1993, Italy), Peter Dunsch Gallery (1994, Germany), Chinese Contemporary Gallery(1999, UK). And he also attended several group exhibitions in China, Italy, UK, USA, Holland and Japan.
