His Desert Genre series draws on his experience of living in Australia and captured the vastness of the land meeting the horizon, the color of the soil and infinite light. His Wilderness series in earthy browns, orange and yellows whilst abstract puts the viewer inside a vast barren landscape of valleys and empty planes. Yet is does not feel desolate or hopeless.
