Ju Ming Single Whip, with its dynamic visual impact and aesthetic appearance, may be considered the most well-known of the Taichi series. Ju Ming sculpted a number of Single Whip works. Although they share the same name, the spirit and dynamism of each work is uniquely different. This may be compared to how different people may be doing the same Taichi moves, yet each will have his own style. Thus, when Ju Ming was sculpting each work, he also imbued each with its own individual life force.

Single Whip may be considered as the most popular of the Taichi series and is featured in almost every international exhibition of Ju Ming's works. On the 10th of June this year, when Berlin's Brandenburger Tor had an exhibition, it was Ju Ming's Single Whip that received the most attention. Currently, Single Whip can be found in many museums and corporate collections, including Japan's Hakone Open-Air Museum, University of Kansas, Bank of China's Exchange Square in Hong Kong, Hong Kong Performing Arts Academy, Singapore Art Museum and Taiwan's Juming Museum.
