The Owner’s Cask 系列從2004 年開始，自2010 年停止裝桶，一直是山崎家族中別具意義的系列。首先首席調酒師會先挑選出品質適合裝桶的單桶酒，再由本人提供簽名至酒標。擁有The Owner’s Cask，就像是一個人品味的象徵。主要以日本收藏家為主，海外的私人收藏桶寥寥無幾。
