TESTING
Starts with some big earthy notes, mushrooms, damp cellar and quite some leather. Rich, creamy, with high oak extraction (ginger, mustard, pepper, curry) and some playful notes of bitter oranges and kumquats coming more and more to the front while it remains very oaky globally. Long finish, maybe a tiny-wee bit sweeter but always very spicy. Comments: well in the style of the series. Big whisky out of big oak. - Whiskyfun 86 (Yoichi 1988)
