秉持著「成為差勁年份的佼佼者 」的精神，Perrin 家族延續傳統釀造技法，酒莊全面採用有機法耕作，裝瓶前不進行過濾，而是以蛋白做澄清處理，故Beaucastel 的酒有著極濃郁複雜的香氣， 酒體厚實飽滿，Cuvee Hommage à Jacques Perrin 是自1989 年開始僅在好年份生產的紀念酒款，這款酒罕見地採用老藤Mourvèdre 做為主角，產量稀少，自問世以來已有多個年份獲得Robert Parker 100 分的滿分評價。
