Henri Jayer 是20 世紀勃根地最著名的釀酒師,以打造氣韻濃郁優雅的Pinot Noir 聞名於世。Henri Jayer 曾於1978 至1987年間向Camuzet家族承租葡萄田,其中Richebourg由於土地面積狹小,產量尤為稀少,自1987 年後便停止生產。
同時,Jayer也不斷收購Vosne-Romanée村Cros-Parantoux的葡萄園,並自1978 年起開始生產此單一地塊的酒款,每年產量僅3500 瓶。Henri Jayer 於2006 年過世,其所釀製的酒款,皆受到藏家熱烈的欣賞與追捧。
